Return Policy

Harrow Décor is a customer focused platform and we understand that sometimes we need to return our purchases for various reasons. If you wish return any item, you can always do so. We would like to highlight to our customers that most of our products are hand made and slight variation in colours and in finishing tones should be expected. If you are unsure about how the item will look with your setting, you are always welcome to contact us.

We offer a 14 days return policy and returns are accepted within this time frame. Free returns are only eligible for reasons such as damage, defects, wrong item sent etc. If the items are returned for any other reasons, the return postage will be paid by the customer. Once the item is received in a new unused condition with the original packing, the money will be refunded straight away.
